He is a thought leader in the areas of learning and human performance who specializes in tackling complex organizational capability challenges that matter most to high risk organizations. For the last 20 years, Brent has led the development of various high-profile HR capability building strategies across Royal Dutch Shell. These initiatives have resulted in delivering greater workforce capability and helped position Shell as a recognized leader in human resource management. Prior to his Shell career, Brent lead an impressive portfolio of capability building projects in other high-risk industries such as aviation, criminal justice, nuclear, and healthcare.
